With more than 25 years of experience in Southern California real estate, Jason Sparks has built his career on experience, tenacity and an unwavering commitment to his clients. A full-time real estate Broker Associate and U.S. Army veteran, Jason brings discipline, confidence and a solutions-driven approach to every transaction—qualities that have made him a trusted resource for buyers and sellers throughout Riverside and the Inland Empire.

Jason began his career with Prudential California Realty before launching his own company, The Sparks Team Realty. Under his leadership, the company consistently ranked among the top-performing real estate companies in Riverside and the Inland Empire from 2007 through 2013. He later joined Windermere Tower Properties, now Tower Agency, where his business has continued to grow and evolve into what is today Sparks Realty Partners.

Known as a strong negotiator and natural problem solver, Jason knows when a transaction requires patience and when it requires someone willing to fight for his client's best interests. His extensive knowledge of Riverside's neighborhoods, homes and local market gives his clients an advantage that can only come from decades of hands-on experience.
