Born and raised in Riverside, Ashley Adkins-Kleine offers her clients something that can't be learned from market statistics alone: a lifetime of local knowledge and a genuine connection to the community she serves. From neighborhoods and schools to the character and lifestyle of different areas throughout Riverside and the Inland Empire, Ashley helps her clients see not only where they can buy a home, but where they can truly feel at home.

A graduate of California Baptist University, Ashley began her real estate career in 2013 after a background in sales. She joined Jason Sparks early in her career, initially working alongside him as a buyer's agent. What began as a mentorship grew naturally over the years into a true partnership, with Ashley becoming an integral part of what is now Sparks Realty Partners.

Ashley is known for her warmth, responsiveness and ability to make what can be an overwhelming process feel personal and manageable.
